CNY Day4

We spent the morning at my mother-in-law’s house, later we dropped JX at my mum place. Little one was very happy, he waved goodbye to us and followed my mum into the house. He didn’t have separation anxiety at all….but it was mummy who felt uncomfortable after seeing this. Silly mummy kept on asking daddy “ Will JX be okay?” “Will JX miss us?” “Do you think later if he gets hungry, will he refuse to eat?”  bla bla bla… Seemed like it’s mummy who had separation anxiety!

Thanks to my parents for lending a hand to look after JX. LK and I managed to complete some tasks (which need to be done within the office hour) earlier than we expected. We also managed to sneak some time to enjoy a scrumptious lunch in Gurney Drive.  Later we picked up JX at my mum’s place, little one was very tired and dozed off in the car.

“ Car seat has become my favourite sleeping place beside my bed. I will grab every opportunity to recharge myself before moving to the next destination.”

In the evening, we found out that there were no one at home (in my mother-in-law’s house) so we decided to join my sister’s family and my parents for dinner. All kids were having very good appetite.

“Thanks cousin Pristine for lending me her ipad. I really like it but I don’t have one at home”.

After dinner, we went to All Seasons Place at Farlim for dessert.

“ I like this place very much. I run and chase cousin Shaelyn and Pristine. And, we also play ‘The eagle and the chicks game’. I am the mother hen, cousin Pristine is the eagle while cousin Jonelle and Shaelyn are the chicks.”

We had our dessert here. ‘Teochew Chendul’ in Keng Kwee street is our family all time favourite.
