I ♥ theme park - Hello Kitty Town and The Little Big Club (III)

After playing a while in the playground in Hello Kitty Town, LK brought JX to ‘Bob The Builder’ playground while I took some time to shop for souvenir. Lucky LK and JX got the chance to meet with Bob and Wendy at the playground.

“ I am so happy after leaving The Black Wonder and enter the ‘most fun place in the world - Bob the Builder’s playground’. This playground is superb, I could play for hours here…I slide for more than 50 times…Yipppeeee!!!”

Later, JX was ‘dragged’ from the playground (he was very reluctant to leave the playground) to watch Barney’s mini show - Barney's Beach Party. Little one was very happy to see Barney, he waved him hi.

After the mini show, JX requested to go back to Bob the Builder’s playground again. This time, he spent a lot of time playing with the ‘brick-building’ game.

“This is how I play the ‘brick-building’ game, someone built the wall (sometimes it’s mummy) and I demolish it, hahahaha……..”

“Hehe…someone built a structure on the truck and again I destroy it.!”

“Sometimes, I enjoy messing in the piles…anyway, I found that some kids seem to look very worry whenever I come near to them. Hhmm…. I only want to really make sure they’ve completed their wall before I destroy it. I don’t want to repeat the very same mistake of banging on a half-built wall (while people were still working hard on it) and mummy had to get me apologize to them.”

Later, little one was ‘dragged’ from the playground again for ‘Meet the Barney photo session”.

And, we were back to Bob the Builder’s playground after the photography session.

“I also enjoy operating some of Bob’s machines here.” 

At 5pm, many visitors started to leave the park so I suggested to go back to Hello Kitty Town for cookies decorating session in Wishful Studio (it’s been very long queue since 11am).  At first, JX refused to leave the playground but after he was told that he would get a chance to taste some Hello Kitty cookies, he finally agreed.

It was already 530pm, we brought JX back to his favourite playground. This time, he worked together with daddy to build a wall.

 

 

We stayed until the theme park was closed (6pm). After dinner (in-room dining again), little one was very exhausted and went to bed at 8’oclock.

Hello Kitty’s house – visitors are only allowed to enter once. 

“I am not in the mood to take photo, mummy said I look tired and suggested to walk back to hotel and take a nap. I just ignore her.”

“I love this bed and hope to take my nap here but mummy doesn't agree with me. Anyway, I still try my best to put my head on the pillow even when there are some strangers taking photos at the bed…”

After viewing Hello Kitty’s house and while waiting for the Hello Kitty’s mini show, JX started to act crankily (he’s hungry and tired). He refused to sit quietly and started to ‘rolly-polly’ on the floor. The waiting place (in front of the stage) was small and cramped with people so some adults and school-going kids started to give me a ‘nasty-look’. An older kid even shouted loudly, “What happened to this kid?!”. I felt so sorry for disturbing other people so we decided to leave the place immediately. Anyway, just before we made a move, the show started and JX liked it. The show swept away all his blue!

“ I like this show. I shake hand with Hello Kitty and Daniel at the end of the show.”

After the show, we had lunch and also took a rest in one of the mini-cafe in The Little Big Club. Feeling refreshed after the meal, we headed to Hello Kitty Town again to play a game called- Black Wonder. The concept of the game was to find 5 letters and form a word out of it. We were given a lamp and we had to put the lamp on one of the game slots (as shown in the photo below) and answered a few questions. After answering the question, we were given a symbol and that symbol will lead you to 5 mysterious alphabets. Again, each individual is only allow to play once.

“I don’t like this place. I think this is the worst place in Hello Kitty Land, no playground, no mini show, no kiddy rides…the whole area is so dull & boring… I kept telling mummy and daddy to leave this place…nagging (plus some winding) works, end up they couldn’t concentrate and gave up to solve the mystery. Persistence pays off, I have learnt a really good lesson today. Next time I must make sure to be more persistent whenever I want my way.”

JX woke up at 4am on the next day, he was very excited and couldn't wait to meet Barney and Thomas in the Little Big Club. I prepared him a simple breakfast (bread & jam plus milo). Then I gave him a kiss & a hug and snuggled in the bed again. Little one spent the next 3.5 hours watching tv and playing on his own. 

We had our buffet’s breakfast around 8am. The food was yummy (with wide varieties too) and we had a relaxing and enjoyable breakfast there.

“Cheese is the very first thing that I request to eat upon enter the restaurant. Although mummy tries to distract me to other food like cereal but I am very firm and show mummy I really want to have a bite on it. Mummy ends up give in to me and decided to cut me a small slice. But due to her lack of experience of cutting a hard cheese and poor slicing skill as well, we end up got a big slice of cheese. I only have a tiny bite of the cheese and concluded that hard cheese is not my thing. I make mummy red as I make sure I close my mouth tight when mummy bring the cheese close to me. Looking at the calories of the cheese, childish mummy ends up places the cheese on daddy’s plate (when daddy’s not around). She thinks that sleepy head daddy may accidentally eat the cheese.”

 

“ I eat cereal, milk, omellete, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt, pastry, soba, stir fry veggies, dried fruits, fruit juice etc. My favourite is still the miso soup. I clean the bowl and ask mummy where’s this place and I want to come again tomorrow.”

After breakfast, we walked to the Hello Kitty Land and The Little Big Club which were located just beside our hotel. It was 10am and both parks were just opened, not much crowd inside.

First, we met Hello Kitty in Hello Kitty Land. They were pretty free since it’s still very early.

 

“ At first, I am very happy to meet Hello Kitty. But, daddy tells me that he spotted Barney at the second floor of the Little Big Club so I abandon the Hello Kitty and rush to meet Barney.”

“ I bump into Angelina Ballerina on my way rushing to meet Barney. This huge pink mouse is sweet and nice, she holds my hand and guides me to the Little Big Club.”

“We take photo together.” 

 

“ After saying goodbye to Angelina, the ‘Meet with Barney’ session has ended and daddy and mummy couldn’t find Barney anywhere. I think Angelina the mouse was ‘balley-ing’ way too slowly to Barney’s house just now. I think I can reach here much more earlier if she wasn't holding my hand.  Anyway, I’m not really disappointed for missing the chance to say hi to Barney as I am busy exploring Barney’s house and the mini playground there. I especially love sitting on the bean bag in Barney’s house while watching Barney’s video” 

 

“ Before daddy and mummy brought me to “Bob the Builder playground”, I spent quite some time playing here.” 

 

 

“Thomas and Friends show”.

“ I don’t really enjoy the show and the worst part is, I start to feel sleepy…”

Bertie is the only kiddy ride that JX seemed to enjoy as he went for two rounds.

 

 

JX didn’t seem to enjoy all the Thomas and Friends kiddy rides. Without needing to queue on all the rides, he only went on one round each (except Bertie the bus ride). 

“ I show no interest on all the kiddy rides including the playground in Thomas and Friends land. Mummy thought I am tired and suggested to walk back to hotel and take a nap. But I reject her offer and insist to stay on and play.”

Looking at the lack of interest of the little one in the Little Big Club, we decided to go back to Hello Kitty Land. 

“ This is the first time I get to know Pingu. He has a really huge tummy and I love hugging him…”
