Two weeks before Chinese New Year, my parents were offered a free 3D2N stay at First World Hotel, Genting Highlands. They decided to take the offer and off they went, a last minute trip to Genting before Chinese New Year.
Hmm….since little one’s grandpa and grandma were here, LK and I planned a short 1 day trip to Genting to meet them.
Due to time constraint, we did not buy a 1-day-pass for the theme park and we also did not bring JX to the arcades. We just enjoyed the fresh and cool air while meeting our parents.
Although we did not do much there, JX was very excited because he got the chance to wear his mittens which made funny sound whenever he clapped! He was also thrilled to see those low hanging clouds (fog). A very happy weekend for three of us, nice family gathering in a cool weather and also a good escape from the hot and dry weather in the city.
“ Genting is such a nice place to go! In Genting, I get the chance to wear my mittens, I keep on clapping my hands….clap-clap-clap…and make lots of funny sound. And, I also love to push those clouds which hugs the ground. Anyway, no matter how hard I try, the clouds still stay right where they are…I think maybe I need a broom or something. Mummy and daddy don’t allow me to stay outside too long to catch those low-hanging clouds, they said that I may catch a cold before I catch the clouds which I don’t really understand what they mean? ”
